Auto Heroes 1

Ruby Red love

Ruby Red love

Just one single year Porsche let the 912 wear the beautiful color 6402 Rubinrot (Ruby Red). It was in 1965; the last and first year with the painted dash and the sexy three instruments lay-out.

Benzina are very lucky to have for sale this elegant beauty from Germany. But beauty is more than skin deep. The 912 has a freshly build engine in 2015, matching numbers by the way, carefully assembled to make a little more power than standard. The engine work alone was done at a cost of 11.000 Euros. A welcome power gain that is helpful on mountain drives it´s current owner has used to this Porsche for. It was restored in 2012 and the paint looks showroom new. At the same time the interior was restored in original black leatherette. New discs and pads put on the car this summer. The Porsche is in superb condition and really only needs new headliner to be perfect (New headliner will come with the car).

It is very original down to matching original steel wheels 64/11, correct seat belts, tools, service books etc. It is sold to make way for a vintage Maserati. This is your chance to buy exclusive Porsche history while it is still possible. The value of this very rare 1965 painted dash car, only about 1500 produced, will only go up.

The car is not mint, but close. It is on the button ready to travel with you on new adventures.  It is your time to have Ruby Red love in your life.
